General Bravo 2001- Where is this plastic cover from?

Hello.
I have a Bravo 1.2 sx80 (2001). I had some welding work done last week for it's MOT. When I got it back, there was a small plastic cover in the boot. Can anyone tell me where it is from. I'm taking the car back to the garage because they damaged it, but I'd like to know where this panel is from, if anyone can help. It is 85mm x 85mm.

IF it's broken at the thin part.. my guess would be seatbelt fit's through it..

Yeah its from rear door card, its the bit that covers the rear seat latch. If you lower the back seat down you should see it. Ive circled the plate it hides on this picture.

Fantastic. Thanks a lot Adrian. I'll have a look at putting it back tomorrow. I didn't trust giving it back to the garage (in case they binned it) after the number they've done on my car. Cheers.
