Firstly the main battery. Fiat electronics play bad games if batteries are low. If it were me I would fit an on board charger under the bonnet. You can leave smart chargers connected, they stop charging when the battery is full. The leisure batteries also need nursing but they are designed to discharge slowly. The van may already have a built in charger that works when you connect a cable. This should not over charge either, but if its old I would have it checked out to be sure. Make sure any rubber gas hoses areless than five years old. I always carries a spare flame failure thermo couple after getting caught out years ago. The right size spanner and some calor tight. Things always fail in the rain in remote pkaces at night so be prepared with some spares. Keep it all used regularly. If its stored or paked, visit start it move it, charge it. Go make freinds with it and make a cuppa while you are there. Make syre tge fridge works too!
