Hi everyone, good to be a new member of the Fiat Forum! After spending months looking for my next ride, I finally picked a 2010 Fiat Bravo 1.4 t-jet in dark grey.

Never had an Italian car before, but heard good things about 198 gen Bravos, so when a good deal with a very honest-looking owner came up, I've bought it in a few days.

Unfortunately I barely began getting to know and enjoying the car, as after a 20min drive home from the seller, the engine cut out and didn't want to start again right-away. Not great. I'll post about it to the dedicated section.

The Bravo, aka The Tazmania Devil, has a 1.4 t-jet engine, but to my surprise, it has got a chip tuning, so instead of 120hp, it's around 140-150hp. It's got a wider and bulkier chassis than my previous cars, also probably one of the fastest one, so definitely takes some getting used to, which I'm looking forward to, but the cutting-out issue needs sorting, as at the moment it cuts out literally EVERY time, even after a short distances. Thanks for having me, see y'all in my other thread, where I'll detail the issue and see the opinions about it. Cheers!

See if you can hear the fuel pump running,🤔
a whirr under the rear seat 😉
Hi, yes it buzzes for 2-3 sec after turning the key once, I wait for it to settle, then start the engine, well trying to.
I've just posted about the issue with more details on General section, I didn't want to add it to the newbie-thread. Cheers
