HGT tensioner noise

My Bravo HGT has started to make a noise coming from the alternator belt tensioner.. the car has done 73k and belts were changed at 69k so i would have thought they might have been changed.. where can i buy a new tensioner (if possible..) from??

lol this sounds familar...this is how my car ended of the road and cost me almost 1k to get her back...my hgt has similar miles and the power steering pulley thing came aways messing the belt up and the phase sensor....get it sorted asap mate....its not worth it.

it it like a winein noise and it gets louder with the the higher the revs go? sounds like a supercharger sort of!!!!

get a fiat oem part. after all, you dont want that to cease and break down on you !

I just got mine done the other day started of a whining noise when no revs where on then it became a horrible rattle tooke it to garage and just in time coz 1 of the pullys had cracked cost 130 to get fixed so get it checked out

bloody hell, will get it checked as soon as i can. i think mine is the alternator bearing...

i took it the other day and they said the noise was coming from the cam belt area!
So they checked it out and the belt tensioner on the cam belt is on its way out..! so its being done tomorrow for 260 notes!! but got to be done i guess
