hgt key code immobilizer not starting

key code light is on, cant hear fuel pump when turning key, when doing emergency start up engine light doesnt even come on, car just cranks, tried another battery and negative lead from battery to chassis

this hgt got cable operated throttle body, i got another hgt that i can try with but it got fly by wire
is it possible to swap throttle body, ecus and whole engine instalation?

connected it to computer and it showed immobilizer antena error

any ideas?

Try changing the immobilizer antenna which is around the key barrel. Sounds like the immobilizer is not seeing the antenna (impedance 50 ohm)

I would think its bad wires but i dont know where the antenna wires go i would have thought the Body comp because they dont go to the ECU

I have just found that there is an ANTENNA IMMOBILIZER unit which is where the wires go to before the body comp. If the wire check out ok I would think the unit has gone tits up

those two wires go directly to body computer and they look fine and i went to a working punto and removed imobilizer ring from barrel and engine light was on, i hold pedal and it went off, so with imobilizer antena removed emergency procedure works
it may appear engine ecu is dead

Can you tell me which plug and pin numbers of the body computer the antenna is connected to ???

its pin 4 and 5 on bottom right connector

The IMMOBILIZER unit is part of the Body computer and i think thats where your problem is. Have you ever had the car running ???. Is the Body comp matched to the ecu ???

i bought it this way, it was presumeably working till this point, compression measured and is good on all 4 cylinders
body computer is matched to ecu

is it even worth it getting code in engine ecu erased if its infact fried?

Think the clue is in your first and last post looks like ecu is the problem. Engine light should come on then go out when ignition is turned on. Either the ecu is dead. Or hopefully just a bad connection to the ecu. Either no power supply or no earth.
