Technical hgt key code immobilizer not starting

If the ecu is working properly the engine light should either come on and go out or stay on if there is a problem. The ecu not responding will cause the key code light to stay on as the code being sent by the body computer isn't being verified by the ecu.
If the symptoms were the same on both sets then I'd be looking at the wiring to the ecu.

This might be a red herring but does your fog light and side lights work ???? because the IMMOBILIZER 12 volt feed in the Body computer is the same line as the fog and side lights.

ok, drove the car to the pro guy for electrics and he insta found that it was cuz of negative cable for engine computer, thats why emergency start up didnt work, can hitachi immobilizer be erased?
key code light is still on tho, is that cuz another engine computer was plugged in? i dont have that blue card with code

whats next step?

some progress

so car came with two sets of ecu kits, 2x body ecu, 4x key, 2x imo antenna, but only one engine ecu

was told that one body ecu code is erased

other body ecu still got its code but doesnt work with engine ecu, meaning that engine ecu is for the one body ecu that got no code, got told some high prices to take code from engine ecu and code it to blank body ecu but they dont know for sure if it will work
is there something else to try apart from getting new ecu set
mes key programming?

Easiest way would be to make the ecu Virgin/as new then it will self code to the body computer when the ignition is turned on for the first time. Have you got the details from the sticker on the ecu?
