hgt engine in 1.4 shell

i measured both bays 2day and the inner wings are both 920mm aprt so the whole , you have to buy a hgt to put a 20vt is rubbish int it i was getting worried cos im in the middle of buying a smashed up coupe from a mate's mate u know how it is, also does the 6spead box fit to bravo shell is there any work envolved also will u be able to fit hgt wings to 1.4 shell cheers

im glad u said that , i was thinking to myself its a lot of trouble to make 1 model different in that way int it so i thought id measure it and bam there u are 920mm so im carying on with the 1.4 project but i am still thinking of relocating the battery to the boot what you think also an extra fan in engine bay to keep it cool cos theres nothing worse than warm air in filter what sort of mods can u get for the 20vt engine?

Just mind uprate the brakes etc 2 as it takes alot of stopping power.

that was a 1.6 the only difference between the hgt and the sx wings is they are have a bigger arch (as in the half scircle bit is bigger). they are NOT wider!!

there are loads of mods for the 20vt engine, fro filters and chips to 2.4 conversions!

from what ive heard you can get in the regeion of 420bhp with a fair bit of work.
