what do you recommend to put on the bumper i didnt really think of that. yes the CC bumpers is next on the list, i think adamski has some that he may be kind enough to sell me

id be very surprised if the exhaust melted the bumper at all, mine sits that close to the bumper in my bravo, and that is 2.0 20v turbo so exhaust gets alot hotter than yours im sure

i hope thats the case i totally didnt think id need anything to protect it purely because it is ony the 8v 1.2

Mate cars looking really good im liking the r8 style led lights under headlight, really like the new exhaust look good any chance of a vid to hear it? is it loud and sound good yeah?

BTW i have standard exhaust and its melted the bumper near the bottom and its not even touching the bumper lol just the hot exhaust gases melted mine, be careful dont want to buy some colour coded bumpers and end up melting them mate.

i know what you mean i had a bit of a hiccup when getting it put on, it came in 4 pieces, 2 sides, the boot and 1 big one for the roof/bonnet, we didnt know this so cut it a bit too short i still think it looks good but agree that if it went right through would look even better

thanks buddy, it sounds nice i really like it, not too loud so when sat still or just going for example 35 in gear 4 you cant hear it hardly at all, but then when going up through the revs it kicks in and has a nice........purr if you like

or you could just lower the backbox abit more so it sits lower?

A friend from work has the HID kit on his arosa and its unbelivable how much brighter they are ! hopefully mine will arrive tomorrow and i look forward to getting them put on

i payed 40 with postange. they are e marked as well which as far as im aware makes them legal

It's controversial, like everything these days when it comes to mods and legality!
My pressed plates "technically" aren't legal but yet I've driven in front of a few police cars now and nothing was said. for example the only time I have been pulled was 2am dropping my sister off from a gig that we went to - The police thought I had a blowing exhaust and had no clue about the 2.5inch exhaust sticking out from the rear! Nothing was asked about it being declared on insurance either (which it is btw)

Hence why I said clued up. Without some sort of auto adjuster and mechanism which cleans the exterior of the lights, they're illegal iirc.

I drive with my neons on every night and just overtook a police car with them on (not knowing it was police) and nothing they didnt pull me up for the noise from induction kit or the neons
