helpp! engine light on a 2000 punto 1.2 mia

Hi!!

My engine light has lately been coming on, the car slows right down and takes really REALLY long to speed up, the engine starts shaking heavily, and if it gets really bad the car will just clonk out.! I took it to a private garage on saturday where i just abou managed to get the car 2 start. He thought it was somthin 2 du with d sensors..?! And after he finishd doing watevur it seemed 2 b ok. After that i got a full service on it. But i drove it on sunday, it seemed fine, then after half an hour of driving, it happened again!!! PLEASE HELP! ITS DUIN MY NUT IT!

Could you edit out the text talk

Then look in the punto guides (page 3 I think) about checking ECU/coils.
