HELP??

My brava keeps cutting out,
going low on presure/power cuts out. then when i start it back up it revs high
app a machanic said it was the accelorator control valve sticking last time,, cleaned and was fine?, i'v cleaned with a silicon spray, and put back in but it still persists?

any ideas??
