Help!

Hi, i know little about cars, but last night i was checking the fuses to solve an electrical problem on my 1.8 and now this morning the immobiliser is making funny bleeps and my remote is having no effect. Does anyone know what i can do and what is wrong?

it doesn't start, the batery is running out and if i turn the ignition the airbag light on the far right dimly comes on.

I'm guessing at a simple flat battery. Did you leave you interior lights on overnight after checking the fuses?

I'm pretty sure i didn't. But would that explain the immobiliser?

yes the immobiliser/Alarm shoudl beep to tell you the battery is flat!

almost gaurantee put some jump leads/charge the battery/get new battery and it'll jump inot life!

OK thanks i have put it on charge and it seems flat. Although that might be because it has beeping for hours so it would be flat anyway? i hope the problem was just a flat battery though
