Just bought a 2000 W 1.2 Bravo and found the following faults. If I can't fix them means I have to auction the car and lose hundreds. But I like the car!
1- Keeps stalling at the lights. Takes ages to restart.

2-Does not always recognise the key so will not start. Do not have the code for emergency start so stuck at the side of the road.

3- Slight steering wheel judder above 65mph.

Are these expensive fixes? Help!

1. Try an ECU Reset, may solve it. sets everything back to factory settings.

and

3. Get your tracking/wheel balance checked, this happened on our company car over a certain mph and after the wheels were changed etc it went so give that a go.
Sorry, Don't know the answer to question 2.

Is it a replacement key, or an original fiat key you are using? As of a few weeks ago, i use a replacemnt key from Timpsons. It works, but sometimes the code light stays on anyway. Also, you just have to dicsonnect the battery for a couple of hours, to reset the ECU. Its a miracle cure for a host of problems. The stalling could be an idle problem. Tom will be able to tell you more.
What model/year is it?
