General help with steering pump

I've removed the pully and pump bolts. Also one rubber tube and one metal pipe. Still the pump refuses to come out, although I can move it around. Am I missing something?

usually they need a pry bar to 'lift' them out as they have sliding bushes that take up the slack when they are tightened up. when you loosen the bolts the bushes stay tight and won't allow any side to side movement. as long as your'e sure all the bolts are out just gently prise it up and it should come.
