Help with silly door stripe thingys!!

the stripes runnin down the doors on my drivers side are startin to hang off. are these only glued on or are there any metal clips. I need to to know if it can take `em off completly with a hair dryer, Basically cos i`m lazy when it comes to polising round them.

There are plastic clips behind them. If you bend the strips they're a pain in the arse to get straight again

If you take them off it leaves a ridge and two holes at either end, you would have to get a bodyshop to fill the gap.

Alternatively do what I did when mine were hanging off and buy new ones from Fiat then colour code them to match the car, looks so much better, although expect to pay £80 for 4 strips from Fiat + paint.
