help with none starter fiat brava

hiya dont suppose anyone knows the reason the dam thing wont start it has been struggling to start for a while but i put it down to the cold weather it wont start at all now i went and got a new battery but no joy there the starter motor turns but not with any force , the sound thats coming from the starter motor sounds as if there isnt enough power in the battery is it the starter motor that needs replacing or something else a speedy reply would be appreciated thanks in advance

prob new starter needed , but check connections and so on

I would say Connections, especially the earth.
