General Help With New Speakers

oh downgrading?? i didnt realise, i dont know alot about speakers lol, what power are the ones in my car? thanks for the help

its not all about watts lol, but iv bought splx speakers before and my standard fiat uno ones that were 15 years old were better

splx are a bit of a crap make so you might want to extend your budget slightly unless you go second hand, you can get some second hand alpine ones on ebay for that price

just go on 6.5" speakers ending soonest and bid on some which are a good well known make, you cant really go wrong

well get them powered by a 2x50wrms amp and yeah they probably will but a head unit? be the same loudness as standard probably but be clearer bassier sound.

i have standard one at the min (blaupunkt) soon to be changed by a panasonic 4x50w. just been out to the car and measured the speakers, do you know if the plastic grill that covers the speakers, will that cover the blaupunkt ones, sorry for the daft questions but i know nothing about speakrs i wont be buying anything else like amps etc
