Help with Mitcar info !!

Hi all , resonably new to Fiat forum , but had some great help from a member regarding my Bravo ! SPOT ON !!
Can anybody tell me if anyone is allowed to "Mitcar " or do you have to register your vehicle . Looking at last years piccies , if i wanted to park in a line next to all the other Bravos/Bravas do i need a special pre-booked ticket ? !!!!
