500 Help with MES please

Changed the radio in my 64 plate Pop, no blue and me to worry about, but obviously it caused the flashing mileage.

I have tried a proxy alignment, but tells me it doesnt need it.

When i try to execute it anyway, it says the writing to the ETM, times out, and the mileage continues to flash.

Any help would be appreciated, or anyone in Brighton area that could help!

Hi,
That's normal when you haven't got the Blue&Me in it. I get it too. Anyone else get it to confirm (it might be just me)?
Does it connect ok to the other ECU's?
Have you cleared any/all of the existing faults?

What year, model, new head unit model?

IIRC, it's got something to do with which CAN Bus adaptor the new head unit has, something about one of the chips needs to be able to be written to.
Somebody chime in if they know for definite.
