Technical Help with Engine Block SN

Hello! I am the new owner of a Barchetta, recently imported one to my country, where the model was never sold officially.

The car needs some care before it can be properly introduced, but even before these steps, I need to get it legal for streets, which means I need to get the engine block serial number into the documents... But I have taken apart a lot of the engine bay already and can't find it!

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction? I have been informed that it sits close to the thermostat, but there's no serial number on that face of the block, at least not without taking the clutch out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much! I was just looking into that other thread. On my initial search I did not know it was called Engine Identification Number, just serial number as we call it here, so it took me a while to find that thread.
