Technical Help to enable fog lights function

Dear Friends, I am writing from Argentina for help for a problem that I have in my Fiat Qubo with the fog lights, I need to enable this function in the body computer, the agency does not know how to do and Fiat Argentina does not want or really do not know how , after sales service is terrible , I ask if anyone knows how to do, if you need more I can inform the data thanks

Sorry you've had no help so far..........keep your eyes peeled and with luck some knowledgeable person will point you in the right direction.

The fog lights in our u.k. cars/vans are always prewired and working when the motor is delivered to the dealer....then to the customer.
