How much HP would i gain from a supersprint manifold for my 1.6 sx? it's got a super chip, K&N filter, power boost valve, and full cat back system.

has any one fitted one of these and could you feel the difference?

I might have a sports cat or decat pipe put on. what would you recomend for the most power?

what HP gain would come from this mod?

I put a supersprint manifold and sportex exhaust on a few months back, the only noticable difference was the noise, if anything my car is more sluggish. If you wanna get most out the car put the manifold in, bin the superchip and get it piggybacked. This will make sure all the bits are working properly together and give you maximum available power. Also, get rid of the K&N, I had one and replaced it with an enclosed filter with proper cold air feed, and I noticed quite a difference and the roar is good too.

superchip? there is no such thing for the 1.6 bravo on the supersprint manifold side ur looking at about 7bhp with a dastek ecu pigyback controler setup properly on a rolling road. scrap the k&n and get a free flow pannel filter to go in the airbox
