Firstly, Welcome.

Secondly, Check you sig for guides and how tos.

Thirdly, guessing English is your first language, apologies if incorrect. Remember that not everyone on here has English as a first language and cut the txt spk.

thank you so what would you advie to do first to my car cause i dont have a clue wot to do and evrything is so exspensive plus would 15" alloys fit on my car thnk you

The idea is to read the guides and then search the forum, the search button is at the top, in the red bit, marked 'search'.

This will tell you all you need to know about fitting wheels, its a subject done to death.

What does your insurance company say about changing wheels?

Re: Help please

Mate, your best thing is to make sure your car is SAFE for a long time
FIRST.... Then servicing all the essentials,so it don't let you down one day, last a long~time, and is worth something when you are fed~up with it...
So, what about changing the oil and oil filter,if it aint been done, this always makes an engine perform a lil better in every way..
What about that airfilter? a knacked one diminishes Performance...
What about the spark plugs ?
These hinder performance when old too..
The above are NOT part of an Mot, are very cheap to do, and you can DIY
Make sure the plugs they give are the same length as the old ones when actually changing them...
Lastly,on this line,
what about the Fuel~Filter ? a dirty un hinders performance,
and gives poor economy, cheap and easy2fit...

so getting a air induction kit and checking evreything is clean and working will help proformance from my 7 year old car

Yup, although again an air induction kit might upset your insurers. Best to check first.

What Kestrel was saying was that even a clean standard air filter will give better performance than a dirty one.

Yours is MPi so no external fuel filter to worry about, but the advice about oil and filter is perfectly vaild.

Also make sure that the tracking is correct, that the tyres are good, turning the right way, and at the correct pressure.

Check that the handbrake is not dragging, and that the calipers aren't seized at the front.
