Technical help please!!!!!

hi im wondering if anyone can help me i dont understand cars at all lol i have a fiat coupe 20v turbo sometimes when im flooring it and i do a quick gear change and put the foot down again the rev counter goes shooting up but the cars speed doesnt untill i take my foot off the accl pedal and gently apply it again it only happens now and again any ideas ??????:bang:

Sounds like clutch from what you describe (does the engine speed up but not the car?)

Your welcome.Get in 100% checked first though,not easy diagnosing faults online

check AA for a clutch price, if they do them it will be cheap.

i think but not sure but you might aswell do the cam belt if the engine has to come out
