a few people have sed to me to destrip the trip of the side of my car. how would i go about doing this? is there any screw holes under it or is it like de badgeing the back?

loads of guides 
but simply
heat up with warm water / hair dryer
bit of fishing wire or credit cars dwn teh back pull it slowly! to try and leave as little black glue as possible
On teh remaining glue put WD40 on it leavbe for afew mins and rub shud come off easily then wash
easy as pie but for more detailed guide look in guides

Or there are two other options:
a) leave them on, they have stopped my doors being dinged against walls countless times and in some people's opinions they look better with them on, the car looks too blank with them off.
b) best of both worlds, take them off, colour code them to your car and refit them (or in some cases they can be sprayed whilst still on the car but not recommended). Then they don't look so noticable but you still have the practicality of them.
