Hello Guys.

I have ordered today a new ITG air filter for my 1.4 t-jet 150 Bravo but dont know how to change it on my own. Has anyone done this before? Can you help me describing how to or posting up some photos? Thnx in advance

You need to get under the car, remove the undertray and you'll see the airbox by the left hand wheel, unclip the box slide out the old filter, slide in the new filter, clip the box up, replace the undertray, job done...................

Left hand wheel sitting inside the car or viewing from the front? Do you believe I can do it by lifting the wheel the classic way or should i find a ramp ?

Thnx Guys. I think I'll go to a gas station's ramp to get it up and see where it is at first, then change the filter for now. Maybe I ll try to do it with a jack next time..

It scares me just only thinking about it.:D

Even better I got the cable from a Ferrari suppliers - it was a shared part :ROFLMAO:

Went to a business park on a sunday, drove the car up and there was loads of space to climb under. Even bought some spanners from Wickes for the job.... and returned them later claiming they didn't fit

I changed my the first time with a jack. On mine there are 3 screws, and then the bottom lid comes down. When i've cleaned it recently and i got into a ( i dont know the exact expresion ) service whole :))) under the car. It's a bit easier

Hi, this was in the Guides section, so not taking the credit for it!
I hope it helps though, my air box/filteron my Bravo M'jet 165 is in exactly same position, have bought a BMC pannel filter but yet to get around to fitting it.:yum:
I take left hookers engine bay is same set up as right hand drive cars?????

As sure as eggs are eggs it isn't the most accesible of places. :bang:

So is twincamms or Alex-O right about changing the air filter? Are there only 3 clips to care about or do I have to remove wheel, wheel arch and turbocharger air supply hose? I remind that we are talking about a Petrol 1.4 150 T-jet..
