Hope someone can help.
My wife has a P plate Brava 1.6ELX which has until recently been ultra reliable.
Lately, the temp gauge rises to red within 5 - 10 mins of driving. This is accompanied by gurgling in the rad filler bottle (water does not get hot, and is not boiling).
Bottom rad hose is very hot as are hoses to matrix. Have tried filling, bleeding. bleeding and filling, with no joy at all. I did supsect head gasket, but none of the usual tell tale signs.
Can anyone please give me any pointers as to what my problem might be and a possible solution.
