HELP NEEDED

I have got 2 new airfilters to go on my 1.4 bravo how do i get the old air filter out to get the new ones in ???
can you help if possible step by step pictures please guys

You talking about a panel filter and you dont know how to change them, or you want the take out the old filter box and put some "sport" filter
