Tuning Help needed uno turbo just dos not wanna run

:bang::bang::bang::bang: I JUST CANT SEEM TO FIND MY FUALT I BUILD AN UNO 1400 TURBO ENGINE I GOT IT STARTED UP BUT JUST CANT GET IT TO REV UP ITS GOT AN DICTATOR STD FEUL MANEGMENT SYSTEM ON IT I HAVE TRIDED TO CHANGE MY TIMING ONLY TO GET IT BACK FIRING ORE RUNING ON THE STARTER IFE SEARCHED UP AND DOWN 4 WIRING TO THE THROTLE SENSOR AND THERE IS NONE I CAN OPEN THE THROTTLE FULL JUST TO GET AN DEEP BEET BUT STILL CANT GET IT TO RESPONDE :bang::bang:I HAVE CHECKED THE PLUGS FIRING ALL SEEMS FINE ONLY THAT THE PLUGS BURN BLACK :worship::worshipLZ ANY ADVICE

I'd advise returning it to standard. Or maybe someone has heard of that management system. Can't see how it could work without a TPS.

IFE THOUGHT ABOUT IT BUT ILL BE NEEDING 2 MANY PARTS TO GET IT BACK STD AS THE MOTOR HAS BEEN BORED BIGGER THE CAR WAS RUNING LIKE I UNDERSTAND FROM THE BLOKE I BOUGHT IT HE TOLD ME IT IT WAS JUST SMOKING ALOT THATS WHY HE DISMANTELD THE MOTOR MOST OF THE MOTOR PARTS WAs already there they had the block bored out to 1600 10 thou ofer size bearing 20 thou vw 1600 piston rings forged pistons thats dished about 5 mm and i replaced the celinderhead the motor has got an bigger turbo on it and bigger injectors with the dictator feul manegement system ife assembled the motor with no hassel started it up also no problem idles but no response from the throttle and ife got no smoke nothing from the motor idles fine but just an deep beat once open the trothle ife checked on my fathers uno turbo almost runing the same story just that his got an go tech feul manegment on it and also no throttle sensor only sensors that runs is the cranck senor with all the gauges sensors same as mine so my fire and feul is fine the only thing i can think of is valve timing but cant find the exact spot 4 the cam timing got the marks on the cam but my timing covers slide is missing

I really can't see how it can possibly run without a TPS. How else can the ECU know how much fuel to inject?
