Hello everyone,
I have a 95 Barchetta that we have rebuilt the engine. The entire rebuilding process has been completed and several old components have been replaced such as the cam opener, the clutch and sensors. Everything is assembled and ready to start, but the car don't start.
When the ignition is turned on, the injection error light and the code key light come on. We have tried to connect the ECU using multiecuscan and KKL cable to check and clear errors, but we are unable to do so. However, we can connect to the airbag and ABS units without problems.
Having ruled out a connection, program or cable problem, we have checked the ECU contacts, wiring and even bought a new ECU to see if this was the problem. The fuel pump has also been checked and it works fine. But nothing has worked.
The car still won't start and we don't know what else we can check.
Any ideas or clues would be welcome because right now, we don't know what else to look at.
Thanks in advance,
