If you've managed to brake the quadrant, the clutch is at the end of its life.

But the quadrant isn't. It has been weakened by the old clutch, but failed later.

I think this is the workshop manual for the Sei:

Download all three parts, open with winrar and expand to an iso file, then write it to a disc.

If it is the same as a Cinquecento, say so, and I'll see if Haynes advises. (Still have the Cinq haynes from my Sei days. Can't find my Sei manual on disc.
