***HELP NEEDED*** Parking ticket advice needed

I got a parking ticket for parking on my private road, which was funny.

I could understand if I hadn't displayed it but it was there. Clear as day. Dad said take Sellotape next time so I can tape my ticket to the window. But I'll not be using that car park again!

I got a parking ticket on xmas eve, no signs to say it was a disabled space, which it previously was'nt, lots of snow on the ground so could not see yellow lines.
But the best bit was my 22 year old daughter was sitting in the passenger seat for the 10 mins that I was gone and did not see anyone put the ticket on!!!!!!!!!!!

"Pay at the machine and display ticket inside windscreen"

Arnt most places inside the car inside the windscreen or do they want you to split the laminate????

Seriously, I would argue the point that if the tickect didnt display the time then thats a fault on their machine that issues the ticket not yours, the sign doesnt say to check that the ticket has a time on it or that it is to be displayed clearly.

You would hope that a ticket served in 2004 would have been sorted by now.

Got pics of your daughter?

Dont you realise how long these things can take?

if its a private company and you have a reasonable defence (have a search on here)

contact them and tell them you cant wait for them to summons you to court and forget about its a modern day of clamping/highway robbery where the f//king government via the DVLA make a fortune by selling the registered keepers details to these parasites obviously the "passive contract" with parking is down to the driver not the registered keeper and been a civil matter (IE the parking ticket is an invoice for a service) your laughing;)

they will threaten you with CCJ's/ bad credit ratings and all sorts but you only get a CCJ if you cant defend yourself in court and they wont usually spend the money taking you to court.

oh and Keir your a perv :p
