If you're not confident to tackle it yourself (looks straight forward to me) find someone who can.

Anyway thats rot - on a bad level

The floor plan - that'll punch out with a screwdriver, find out where the rot stops and you find good metal

An angle grinder or even a dremel will do this to cut neat shapes

The Sill - thats a cut and weld up job as well - that looks like somebody jacked it up wrong....

Note - both are MOT failures

thanks ziggy well I have a fiat uno turbo ie and the pictures aint the car but it may well be like that or meighbe better hopefully. but I am going to do a project on it and need to know but thanks for thyeas it is a mot failures
