Hi,
i own a fiat bravo jtd (year 2001), i have a body kit and unfortunely i've experienced problems with police due to this kit, well in my country it works this way...

Now i need to provide the original fiat references for this acessories, does anyone know where can i find a catalog of fiat/abarth lineacessori ?
Or could anyone provide me the references (part number) of the abarth front bumper and the side skirts (not abarth, the ones that bravo hgt has)

Any help would be really aprecciated!
Thanks!

hgt skirts are part no. 711915099

Hi, thank you for your help. As for the side skirts i think this may be it! But for the front bumper since mine is the abarth i will not find it in the eper as there is no fiat bravo stock that comes with it i believe.

Hi again, does anyone purchased the eibach springs sold by fiat to our vehicle? I need the fiat reference also but i've been unable to find it yet =\
Cheers
Daniel

Front Abarth bumper is Fiat Part Number 5909043.

The springs are not listed...

However they are the same as the Eibach Pro Kit.

The Bravo Stays!!!

Thank you :)
The spring i knew they were the eibach pro kit but i don't know if fiat uses the same part number as eibach.
Thank you once again

shame...

This is incredible but unfortunelly is really true in a third world country called Portugal, sometimes i just wish i was born somewhere else...

I am forbidden to drive my Fiat bravo and have paid a 250€ bill (in my country the minimum wage is 370€ / month so this is a huge fine) for having this "mods" in my bravo:

Just an abarth bumper and hgt skirts... Now to reclaim the documents of my car and be legal to drive it again i need to restore the original bumper and remove the side skirts. They were bought on a Fiat shop...

It's really incredible but this has happened to me and not even Fiat helps me...

I'm feeling depressed...

What can i say, i can't believe it either! :(

The only way to fit this is having a Fiat statement that costs 50€ (that 2 day salary for me) and then submit this statement to aproval on that organization that print the car documents (i don't know how is called in your country)
Only then you can fit this bumper and side skirts.

I think this is so ridiculous...

And this is not all, although i now have the Fiat statement the inspector has obligied me to remove the side skirts and install the original bumper,

Only after this i recover my car documents, and only then i can submit the statement for aproval and re-install the trims... omg .... !!!

And people bitch about things being totalitarian in this country !!

Good luck Daniel. Fight the power :)

Daniel, if you get it thrown back in your face and need a buyer for the Abarth front bumber... ;) Give me a shout.

Can't believe i'm the first vulture to circle this post!

Marko... postage from Portugal maybe a little expensive... hence the lack of "vultures"

Plus I think the chap would really like to keep his abarth bumper, as it looks rather smart!!

Dude....was a joke! I'd be better off driving there to collect based on what Daniel has said - then i'd have to get the contraband across the borders.

Voltures :)

The thing is, in my country due to street racing police is "hunting" tuned cars (are not necessarily the racers but hey, they put all in the same bag). If you have a tuned car you're a racer to the public opinnion ...

I want to keep my car kit, thats the reason i'm spending so much money now on the authorization. I will not loose the war ;)

The only diference is that i will badge the car with the fiat logo to avoid another fine, but there are still some mods i will keep:
- my side repeaters in dark mode
- the truck is "flat"
- Audi TT leather seats
- momo evolution shift knob.
- Marea front optics

i don't believe they will fine me for this... but the way things are you never know... i will take some risk... =\

OHHHHH can we see pics of your audi tt leather seats??
never heard of them in a bravo b4

A random picture i took from the net, not the exact model i have...

And in my bravo :)

Btw, the trunk :)
Debadge and no reflector on the bumper.

lol, figured some one might ask that. In Portugal it is usual that diesel cars come with only 2 seats. This way taxes are reduced when buying the car. It's called a "comercial" car.

This way you can buy a 1.9 JTD 2 seat the same price you buy a 1.2 16v 5 seat. Just choose between what you value most, diesel engine or 5 seats :)

You know, altough in my country we receive about one third of your UK salaries the cars are in fact a lot more expensive then in UK.
