As title really, just wondered on here if any one can help me out, My good friend want to buy a focus and went to look at 1 last night that belongs to a mate of his. He wasn't gonna get it HPI'd but i told him too (as he mate has only owned the car since march! Lost Licence), the report came back stating that it was a cat c on the 27th september 2005 and then Cat d listed below on the 8th october 2005, now i didn't think that a car could be written off twice (not that short space of time) The reg is LD03 OWR i have just tried to do some digging on the tinternet but cant find anything.
The fella want £3k for it which i though was way to cheap to start with.
Does anyone know anything about why it has 2 listings for being a write off, or has anyone owned this car that they mayby able to shed some light onit.
My mate wants this car bad (as he said it is in stunning condition) but i have told to have a serious think about it and see if his mate can get intouch with the person he bought it from,
Any help you could give would be much apprieciated.
