hi to everyone, i have a 1998 ulysse 2.0 petrol. and its great.however the heater blower does not work. it did come on once for a week then stopped again.
i have noticed the overhead digital clock has died too ? i have replaced the printed circuit board that is beneath the slider control and also tried another digital clock with no avail.!!! could anyone tell me which fuse runs these two things and is the fuse behind the glove box?. also where can i locate the blower in side the car? thanks for reading this . regards js

Hello mate.I have a 2000 x reg diesel ulysse so i dont know if its the same but i will try to help you if i can.My fuse box is in the engine under the bonnet. As you look in the engine on your right hand side there is a black box and the lid just pops on and off and on the under side of the lid there is a diagram of all the fuses i cant go and have a look as my girlfriend is out in it at the moment you should be able to see if the fuses have blown with your eyes or try one that you know works. The fan motor in my car is behind the the glove compartment you can take the glove compartment right out by opening it and pushing in a metal clip on either side and it should just come out then behind there is a plastic shield with a oblong hole in it this just pulls out then you can see the fan motor and several connectors which you can undo by unscrewing them anti clock wise and then pulling them apart my fan as packed up several times. There is a little black clip and in side are the 2 cables red and black.Mine is a bit dodgy and it plays up from time to time.if i play with tese wires my fan starts working.:)I dont know about the clock as my one as always worked.Well i hope i have been of help and i hope your car is the same as mine as they are both mark ones.Good luck and all the best.

well i just tinkered with the motor switches inside the dash and now i have a working blower!!!!
gonna keep the covers off for a week to see how it goes. thanks very much your a top bloke .
cheers js

Most early ullys have 2 blower fans, 1 on the passengerside up in the dash and 1 on the drivers side above the pedals,,this one is a bit more of a pain to get to though
