Technical Help changing springs & shocks

Hi people,
Just wondered if there are any guides anybody knows of for changing the springs and shocks all round on a 1999 marea saloon 2.0 20v?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

just changed my rear springs a couple of weeks since. If you wire brush and and wd40 the bottom bolt of the shocker a few days before you intend to do it should help. I didnt do it so in the time I had I couldnt get the nut off so the arm wouldnt drop to allow the spring to extend so it meant more screwing on the compressers. Also on the bottom of the spring theres a cup with a three pronged plastic thing through it holding the cup down. I f you squeeze the three prongs together and push them up it will come out if you try to tap them with a hammer theyl break.

Too late for the spring cup clip info. I replaced mine with a bolt after breaking it.

I broke the first one and I thought that hole is handy so I stood the bump stop up and screwed a coachbolt ( think thats what its called ) up into it so it stands up like a big dick now. Did the same other side.
