Help!! Birthday presents

Morning folks.

Really stuck on this one, need some help/ideas with present/s for my girlfriends 21st. Shes told me it has to be something she can keep forever :yuck: She wont give me any clues as to what I can get her though.

The other problem is I dont get paid to the 31st, fly out to Egypt for her birthday on the 2nd and her actual birthday is on the 4th.
So leaves me 1 day to get something from the shops. Ordering online and dipping into my overdraft isnt a problem.
