Technical Help!! Abarth 500 xenon no high beams or front foglights

Help!! My 2020 Abarth 500 full beam and front foglights are not working. The tell tales on the dashboard are coming on but I have no joy at the lights. I have checked the fuses and relays and all seem to be getting power and seem OK. I've checked bulbs and they seem OK too. I have repaired the tailgate wiring using the recommended repair kit. It is getting darker nights now and despite low beam xenon being excellent, it is a bit dodgy driving on dipped beam in the half light. Any suggestions to what problem could be or what to check out next step?

Attached two docs on the Abarth 500's xenon high beam and front fog lights. However they are one of the few light docs available that don't have a mention of the year, contrary to ones below (and others, I marked only two of them:

So they might be not 100% relevant to a 2020 car (which I assume is the 2015 facelifting model).

There are also no separate docs for the LHD and RHD versions, which is also strange But that's all what is available.
