I think this is either a fiat job, or just possibly shop4parts, but you would need to ring them to ask,
www.shop4parts.com
or a breakers yard, this would need soldering in. Somwhere like breakeryard.com
or jusy possibly just ebay. I have bough two pjn connectors, supplied from china directly. Cost was around £5 for a pack of 10. I anticipate they also do the three wire types. The ones I have are good enough and plugged into the Fiat lights fine and also sealed well. They required assembly and soldering together. Fiddly but not difficult aprt from that.
If you cannot find something by this route, I will undertake to look at a local breakers locally and see if I can find one. Its not however a common car so again not a certaitly. My son is visiting from NY state in November and I could send it back with him for local posting around the 20th Nov if that timescale would work. I cant guarantee I can locate one here, as the US specification lights may be different. The bulb holder looks different to the headlamps we have. Can you confirm this is for the main headlight and not its fog lights or daytime lights.
Soldering these really is 5 minutes work for an engineer, the part not likely to be costly even fron Fiat.
I have found that eBAy.it has a bigger range of Fiat things on offer. I needed to create a separate ebay account and password and access , and getting back into my other eBay account is a pain afterwards - but entirely possible. I found the Italians generaly helpful and eBay guarantees work just the same.
The black bulb holder I found was supplied with a new bulb and again the cost was not great.
