I have bought a 2014 fiat 500s for my daughter. it has the blue and me system but its in italian can anyone please help.

Having issues with this , mines still in Italian for some wired reason and it’s a uk car… Anywho, what am I doing wrong…? Have USB stick formatted to FAT32, clear of all other files on stick, downloaded English from Fiat owners download section and followed walk through to install from guides...

Yeah wiped usb stick downloaded the the link but to no avail. There is power getting to the usb as it flashes when I insert it but nothing coming up on dash.
