Welcome to the mahem that is the bravo forum!

As for the head-unit and fascia, you could get an aftermarket head-unit and get this fascia and security cover.

coverfascia.jpg

This fascia comes complete with a fake cover to disguise your expensive aftermarket head unit, making it look like the original fiat radio is still present. A great security feature!....£22 inc p&p to UK

This way you can get the quality and keep the clean/smooth lines you require.

Hope this helps...

i signed up to this site less than 24 hours ago, have read about three or four of his posts and i already know he's a prick! dont mind people being negative as long as its a constructive comment, but he is just saying bad things to be different, and its not funny. can already see most of the guys on here know there stuff, and gonna be picking brains for months with all the little things i think of to make my bravo that little bit sweeter.

Re: Re: Hello to the Forum!

just had a thought. if i fit the changer under the rear seat what should i put around it to a.) protect it, b.) stop skippig and c.) stop it moving around? thought a bit of foam wouuld do the trick but not sure now.

suggestions please?

Re: Re: Re: Hello to the Forum!

Poly-S's or Rogers remains.

Either one will be a bit messy though.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Hello to the Forum!

what would be best then?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Hello to the Forum!

Hi Phil,
I cut a chunk of the matting under the rear seat and put my changer in the hole i cut with a clean rag below it then put the piece of matting over the top of it and it looks fine after a year and has never skipped once.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hello to the Forum!

the matting under my rear seats is paper thin. i think i must have different carpet under there cos what i have cant really offer much protection
