Hello people,

Well, I bought my first car on Tuesday, and it's a Fiat ! Got a late 2003 53 MK2B Punto Active Sport 3dr, in dark metallic blue, one lady owner from new  and only 49k on the clock - it is immaculate inside and out - was a bit of a bargain me thinks !

Anyways, it does have a couple of minor (interior) issues that I was hoping some of you veterans might be able to help me solve... I'll be getting a maintenance manual for it ASAP, but in the meantime i'm stumped !

- Passenger window doesnt work. I'm hoping it's just a fuse... but I can't seem to find the right fuse to check. I believe there's a 'hidden' fusebox in these somewhere... can anyone advise where ? Also, does anyone happen to know which fuse it would be or have a fusebox / wiring diagram ?

- Passenger door handle / surround. This is loose and came off with first use, screwed it back on as best as I could but i think there's a clip broken. I see i can get a replacement on ebay for a few quid (probably get a pair) - but how exactly are they fitted ? Does the door panel have to come off ?

- Central Locking... i had thought this car has C/L, but, well, if it does - it doesn't work. Again, hoping it's a fuse - but again, i'm rather lost as to where it is / what fuse to check.

- The wee triangular panels that hold the front speakers / mirror adjusters (sorry dont know what these are called). These are loose, and I'm unsure as to how they should be correctly fixed to the door panel/pillar. Superglue ? :D

Other than that, it needed a new N/S wiper (got), and a new locking fuel cap (got), that's it ! Got the full MOT history - no fails, and only a couple of advisories for wear to the rear shock rubber bushes, a stiff brake linkage a couple of years back (since fixed) and a discoloured indicator cover (also fixed).

So, if any of you could offer any hints/tips/advice on the above points, or even just point me in the right direction... it'd be much appreciated !

Cheers,
Chris.
