General heavy on diesel

hi i wonder if anyone can help,
i have a ducato 19 td that is very heavy on diesel,i have given it a service changed all the fulters and have had the injectors tested which was ok the only thing that i have not changed is the egr valve.
on £60 of fuel am only getting 260 miles

Mines's the same van, as a motorhome, does about the same mpg.
