Technical Heatshield thingy??

Hi,

Fitted a lovely new ITG air filter to my 2001 Sei Sporting (MPi) the other day and noticed a bolt missing from the metal thing (heatshield?) at the front of the engine bay.

I take it this is not normal and will it be okay to unscrew another bolt to find a replacement without a load of nuts and washers falling about the place?

That heatsheild is sat on top of the exhaust manifold.
The heatsheild also uses the manifold studs to hold it in, i would'nt worry about it myself, anyone know different??
