General Heater

Trying to pin point y I have no heat auto electricians seem to have no clue. I decided to take the switches apart to see as I was told it could be them and the light behind the face panel flashes when the ignition is on the other one is out. I'm so stuck I have not had the car long but love it n so do the family only thing they don't like is the lack of heat. Is there any one that can help or any one in hertfordshire that can fix it as it's doing my head in spent £190 trying to get it sorted n no luck so far

Has mine nearly 2yrs now I have to drive it 6miles to get it warm I think the jtd engines just don't put out much heat really. On the plus side they will never over heat and blow the head gasket bit I might be wrong.

Mine takes about 15 mins to heat up has just had new water pump and thermostat tho. Amongst many other things. Also if the coolant is too low they don't heat too well

I'm in Letchworth got it sorted now I went back through all the posts on heater n ignored what the sparky said and cut n joined some wires and it works I get heat. Sadly I won't get the money I spent back lol cam belt is due to lucky me lol thanks for all the help I'm glad I joined the forum as everyone is helpful.
