Technical Heater not working on Lvl 4??

Hi Guys,

Looked through the forum but cant quite see my issue.

Basically the heater works absolutely perfectly on settings 1, 2 and 3 but when you switch it to 4 everything goes quiet.

Any ideas? Ive read about issues where 1 to 3 dont work and 4 does but mines the opposite!

Could be the selector. You have to measure voltage to make sure
