General Warning screen not working

I currently own a fiat punto grande and having a problem with the warning screen which it doesn't show any warnings or how many miles I've done on my car, it's located in the middle of the speedo ive also tired to change the whole speedometer which it still doesnt work and within changing the speedometer the mph doesnt move it stays staionary on 0
any help would be much appreciated

Just an update, I've disconnected the battery for a few minutes and reconnected it and nothing has changed
