Doblo Heater blower not working

Hi folks , looking to see if I can get pointed in the right direction with a fault on my dads doblo 2013 wheelchair access vehicle.
The heater blower has stopped working.
Main 30 AH fuse checked and ok. Motor resistor checked and ok , no damage to block or cables. NO voltage detected at any of the connections in the block.
Motor ? Switch ? Other wiring issue. Any thoughts would be great fully received.
Looking to rule the motor out next ... where is it accessed from ? Cant find a schematic for it?

They are all a bit fussy

Check at motor terminals for 12volts.. droppiing to 9,6,3 on the speed dial

cheers , I will attack the motor as soon as it stops raining and gets a little warmer.

on the 263 the fan motor gets wet for some reason i have literally had water pour down the passenger footwell where the rubber outlet was blocked with leaves, if you take the motor out (3 screws) then take off the nut holding the plastic cover to the motor you will see the windings etc look for braided copper wire and give it a good squirt of electrical contact cleaner you will see the green fur disappear in front of your eyes it may take a couple of goes as it seems the problem is tucked down where the braided copper joins on to the fixed hard wire, literally a 10 min job with £6 can of spray
