Technical heat exchange pipes

i have a 97 punto. the heat exchange pipe has vanished!
ive been to a few garages who say they dont stock them. does anyone know how i can get it replaced? can i do it myself??

Do you mean pipe from exhaust manifold to air filter housing?
if so most car part shops sell them,
