Head Unit - Wiring issues

I am trying to add a new head unit to my BRAVO. I have been searching the for advise on what wires should be swapped for the head unit to keep its memory. Most of the postings state "swap RED & YELLOW" I have looked at the BRAVO wiring. Cant find a Yellow wire on the Feed & Earthing block. Only Yellow & Black stripe wire on the ISO plug.

Looking at the Radio Wiring Guide (on this site). Which wires do i need to swap
around?

Could i have a different wiring setup?

Blaupunkt Head unit. Has no Wires

My stereo has no wires coming from the unit. The Car ISO plugs should go straight into the back of the Blaupunkt. The only wires that i have are the wires from the car with the ISO plugs on it. I have been told that there are no harness adapters for the Blaupunkt for Fiat Bravo's. So i am stuck big time. I will probably have to take the car into fiats and pay the going rate to have to the wires professionally changed over.

Unless someone reading this has a Blaupunkt head unit. With the same troubles as me?
